Guillermo B. Rangel's Obituary
Guillermo B. Rangel, born March 4, 1948, in San Antonio, Texas, passed away on July 24, 2022, at the age of 74. He is preceded in death by his brothers, Alfredo Rangel and Trinidad Rangel, and sisters, Consuelo Rangel-Calderon and Carolina Sosa.
His is survived by his loving wife of 57 years, Evangelina Rangel; Children, Yvonne Gutierrez (Manuel), Brenda Criner (Gary), Guillermo Rangel (Monique), Casimiro Rangel (Ana), and Jimmie Rangel (Anna Marie); 12 grandchildren, and 6 great-grandchildren. Guillermo was a dedicated and valued Civil Service Supervisor for 25 years at Kelly Air Force Base. After retirement in 1994, Guillermo continued to work for various school districts and the City of San Antonio International Airport. Guillermo will always be remembered as someone who had tremendous integrity and a loving, husband, father, grandfather and brother. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
Visitation will be held on Monday, August 1, 2022, from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM with the recitation of the Rosary at 7:00 PM at Camero Funeral Home in Von Ormy, TX. Family and friends will meet on Tuesday, August 2, 2020, at Camero Funeral Home at 8:30 AM with a chapel service at 10:00 AM at Camero Funeral Home followed by the burial at First Memorial Park Cemetery.
