Gilbert A. Moreno's Obituary
Gilbert Alvarado Moreno, age 87, died peacefully on February 3, 2018.
He was born in San Antonio, Texas on April 25, 1930 to Santos and Anita
Moreno and was the 5th child born of 8 children leaving behind two
remaining brothers Antonio and Rodolfo(Rudy) Moreno. He was in the
Army and then in the Air Force Reserves. Gilbert retired working from the
Our Lady of the Lake Convent as the Foreman . He Married Emma
Villarreal in April 2, 1955. He was a loving and caring husband, father,
grandfather and great grandfather.
Gilbert is survived by his beloved wife Emma, 5 children, 13 grandchildren
and 10 great grandchildren;

Gilbert was a great carpenter and a wonderful man .He left his knowledge with each of us. Our father may have found confront in
knowing that he loved each and everyone of us and he touch our lives in so many ways that he gave us the gift of many happy
memories.
