Gerardo Peña's Obituary
Gerardo Peña, born August 31, 1973, in Laredo, Texas, entered into eternal rest on June 16, 2026, at the age of 52.
Gerardo was preceded in death by his parents, Manuel and Antonia Peña.
He leaves behind a loving family who will cherish his memory forever: his children, Gerardo Peña Jr., Robert Manuel Peña, Jennifer Ann Peña, and Victoria Ann Peña; his daughter-in-law, Dawn Rodriguez; his beloved grandchildren, Sophia Ann Peña, Kaylin Christine Peña, Elliana Marie Peña, and Gerardo Manuel Peña; his loving companion, Lisa Rivera; and his siblings, Irene Peña Handy (Francisco), Manuel Peña Jr. (Leticia Cordova), Arturo Peña (Linda), Gustavo Peña (Dolores), Maria Diaz (John), Beatriz Arredondo (Roberto), and Teresa Peña. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends who will deeply miss him.
Gerardo's love, strength, and presence touched the lives of many. He will be remembered for the love he shared with his family and the lasting memories he created with those who knew him.
A visitation will be held on Thursday, June 25, 2026, from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm, at Trevino Funeral Home, 2525 Palo Alto Rd, 78211 with a Prayer service to begin at 7:00 PM. On Friday, June 26, 2026 visitation will continue from 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM, followed by interment at First Memorial Park Cemetery at 12:30 PM.
