George H. Pena, Jr. born August 24, 1960 passed away on Tuesday, July 21, 2020 in Poteet, Texas at the age of 59 years. Mr. Pena is preceded in passing by His Father, George S. Pena, Sr.; Mother, Frances Hilburn; Sisters, Soila Avila, Margarita Cardona and Erlinda Martinez; Step Son, David Navarro. George is survived by his loving Wife, Irene Pena; Daughter, Dorothy Pena; Son, Eddie Escamilla, Jr.; Granddaughter, Zorianna Navarro; Brothers, Frank Pena and Henry Pena; Sisters, Guadalupe Sanchez, Dominga Garza and Maria Leija. George loved to spend time with his family and friends. BBQs with those closest to him; snacking on sweets and playing with the kids always made George smile. He also loved loud music, going to the movies and even going on long road trips just for the scenery. When he was at home he was always tending to his yard and his bird “Molly.” He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
