Francisca Treviño Medina's Obituary
Francisca Trevino Medina age 86 of San Antonio, Texas passed away peacefully on Wednesday, May 20, 2026. Born on October 10, 1939 in Floresville, Texas, Francisca was a beloved mother, sister, and friend whose kindness, warmth, and generous spirit touched everyone who knew her.
Francisca is lovingly remembered by her six children: Guadalupe Uriegas (Roger), Cynthia Medina Martinez, Delma Murray (Bill), Martha Medina Lopez (Alex), Eloy Medina Sr. (Teresa), and Maricela Medina; eighteen grandchildren, forty-three great grandchildren, and one great great grandchild Atticus Villegas, sisters Mary Jane Regaldo, and Carmel Trevino and brother Eluterio Trevino Sr. She was preceded in death by her loving husband Alberto R. Medina, her parents Dionicio Trevino and Guadalupe Huizar Trevino, siblings: Oralia Sanchez, Victor Trevino, Andres Trevino Sr., Margarita Marroquin, Jesse Trevino, Leonarda Rodriguez, and Santiago “Jimmy” Trevino. Her love, guidance, and presence will be deeply missed and forever cherished by all who were blessed to know her.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 28, 2026, at Heritage Oaks Mortuary from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. with a rosary at 7:00 p.m.
Departure from Heritage Oaks Mortuary on Friday, May 29, 2026 at 9:30 a.m. for a 10:00 a.m. Funeral Mass at El Carmen Catholic Church, with interment to follow to First Memorial Park.
Though our hearts are heavy, we give thanks for the life of Francisca and the love she shared so freely. May her memory be a blessing, and may all who mourn find comfort in the moments, laughter, and love that will remain forever in their hearts.
