Ernesto C. Escalera's Obituary
Ernesto C. Escalera, age 68, passed away Friday, October 31, 2014. Mr. Escalera was preceded in death by his brother, Frank Escalera. He is survived by his wife, Irene Q. Escalera; brothers, Valentin Escalera, Nick Escalera, Joe Escalera and Lupe Escalera; sisters, Paula Lopez, Alicia Valdivia, Ernestina Luna, Fela Escalera; also numerous nephews, nieces, and other relatives. Visitation will begin Tuesday, November 4, 2014 at 4:00 p.m. at the Camero Funeral Home. A Rosary Service will be held Tuesday evening at 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home. A Funeral Mass will be held Wednesday, November 5, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Philip Benizi Catholic Church, 274 Avenue H, Poteet. Burial will follow at First Memorial Park Cemetery.
