Erlinda M. Cortez's Obituary
Erlinda M. Cortez, born March 15, 1945 in San Antonio, Texas, to Pablo Perez and Socorro Valdez Perez passed away Friday, March 23, 2018 surrounded by her family. Mrs. Cortez was preceded in death by her daughter, Yvonne Cortez. She is survived by her husband of 53 years, Guadalupe C. Cortez; sons, Martin Cortez, Roland Cortez (Rebecca), and Rene Cortez (Stephanie); brothers, Arturo Morales, Pablo Perez, and Leonard Perez; sister, Cecilia Perez; 4 grandchildren; numerous nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends. Mrs. Cortez was strong in her faith, enjoyed going to Church and reading her bible. She loved spending time with her family and taking care of her grandchildren. She enjoyed listening to music and was a great cook. She will be greatly missed by all whose lives she touched. Visitation will begin on Wednesday, March 28, 2018 at 4:00 p.m. at the Camero Funeral Home. A Prayer Service will be held Wednesday Evening at 7:00 p.m. at the Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, March 29, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at the Camero Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at First Memorial Park Cemetery.
