Erlinda Ramirez Campos' Obituary
Erlinda Ramirez Campos, age 70, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, January 6, 2026. She passed peacefully surrounded by her beloved family. Linda was a loving wife, devoted mother and grandmother, supportive sister, and a loyal friend. Her unexpected passing has left the family heartbroken, but Linda was a woman of faith, and she is now rejoicing in heaven with the Lord, and celebrating with departed family members.
Linda was a kind, caring, fun, charismatic beautiful lady. She was known as a social butterfly because she was very gregarious and never met a stranger. She loved speaking to people and had a knack for putting people at ease and really getting to know them.
Linda was born on May 28, 1955 and had deep roots living all her life in San Antonio. She graduated from South San Antonio High School in 1973, and remained connected with her close classmates and best friends.
Linda’s career expanded many years. She started in the banking industry, but her super power was in sales. She worked in life and health insurance sales most of her career. She was determined, and earned the trust of many clients with her expertise, sincere concern, kindness, integrity, and loving spirit. Linda loved her job—she was competitive and always excelled usually landing her at the top of the leaderboard. She finally retired in 2021. The same year, she met and fell in love with the God-fearing special man that she had been praying for—Pastor Mario Campos. They married on July 9, 2022. Linda was overjoyed with her life with Mario. She loved spending time together, and stayed very involved in their church community.
She adored her children and grandchildren dearly. She was a very proud Mom and Grandma, and her greatest joy was spending time with them.
Linda loved gathering with her family, dancing, and visiting with friends. She was also extremely close to her siblings and spoke to them daily.
