Emiliano O. De Leon Sr.'s Obituary
Emiliano O. De Leon Sr., beloved Husband, Father, Grandfather, Godfather and Friend, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on November 7, 2025. Born in Brownsville, Texas- De Leon lived a life devoted to his family, friends and his faith.
For 33 years, De Leon proudly served the City of San Antonio as a
Lieutenant with the San Antonio Fire Department, where he demonstrated courage, leadership, and compassion in every aspect of his service. His quiet strength and commitment to helping others left a lasting legacy of integrity and respect among his peers and community. In addition to his years of service as a First Responder, De Leon was a Master Electrician and owner of De Leon Electric of Atascosa, Texas, a family-owned and operated business. His commitment to excellence, perfection, and service to his community earned him the admiration and trust of everyone who knew him.
De Leon is preceded in death by his parents, Augustin De Leon, Concepcion De Leon and son, Roberto L. De Leon.
Emiliano is survived by his wife of 57 years, Linda E. De Leon,
Sons; Emiliano De Leon Jr. (Renee R. De Leon), Augustin De Leon (Monika https://I.De Leon), Eduardo De Leon, Daughter; Jaclyn Duran (Paul A. Duran Sr.), numerous Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren.
A visitation will be held at Funeraria Del Angel Trevino Funeral Home, located at 2525 Palo Alto Rd, San Antonio, TX 78211, on November 17, 2025, from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm with a funeral service to begin at 12PM. Following the funeral service, interment will follow at First Memorial Park Cemetery, located at 20567 TX-16, Von Ormy, TX 78073.
