Elisa Soto's Obituary
Elisa B. Soto of Poteet, Texas has gone to be with the Lord and Savior at the age of 82 on May 25, 2022. Elisa, a beloved mother, grandmother, and sister in Christ is preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, Willie G. Soto Sr, her son; Albert Soto, and her sisters; Maria Guerra, and Josefa Guerra. She is survived by her sister; Thomas Guerro of Sinton, Texas son; Roy B. Galvan of Poteet, and he daughters; Anita Aguero of San Antonio, Josie (Billy) Aguero of Jourdanton, and Olivia G. Fernandez of Poteet, Rosita (Jimmy) Bosquez of Poteet, her grandchildren; Christ, Andres (Mari), Martha Ann (Roy), Roger (Connie), Leah, Billy Rene, Guadulupe, Jeremy, Samuel (Tesoro), great-grandchildren; Isaiah, Asia, Patryk, Vincent, Jayden, Arilynn, Joel, Xavier, Avery, and Aubree. Elisa loved cooking, caring for others, and gardening. She never hesitated to help someone in need. She accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior. Early in life she became a vessel of his message. She instilled this seed of faith in all of her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. She will be deeply missed but the Lord has her crown ready and she is walking those streets of purest gold in heaven.
