Elisa Garcia Cordova's Obituary
Elisa “Liz” (Garcia) Cordova
Age 60, born on June 2, 1963, in Eagle Pass, Texas, passed away peacefully on Sunday, September 24, 2023, in her home in San Antonio, Texas after battling dementia for 9 years. She was a graduate of Kennedy High School class of 1981 and received her cosmetology license in 1985 from Austin vocational school in Austin Mn.
Liz loved spending family time with her loved ones, her contagious laugh would brighten any room she entered. She loved her Mexican music (norteño) and enjoyed going out to dances with Juan. Liz had so much love for her family and was a loving, caring devoted wife, mother, daughter, sister, and grandmother. Liz was a very supportive wife to Juan in anything and everything he needed. Liz will be deeply missed and leaves such a big void in our hearts, but we are at peace, she’s no longer suffering. She fought a long battle and Juan was always by her side. Till death do us part Lizita (Cosi Moni) you will always live in my heart.
Remember me with love and joy, let gratitude fill your heart. Thankful for the time we had gone… yet not apart. I hope you’ll find your smile and generously speak my name; celebrate the life I lived I will be watching from above I’m always with you sending my light and love.
