Elida R. Garcia March 17 1938 – August 9 2018
Born in New Braunfels, lived in San Antonio, Texas, daughter of Toribio Rodriguez and Cruzita Sanchez Rodriguez, survived by her husband, Manuel Garcia Jr. Survived by her brother, Gilbert Rodriguez and sister in law, Angie Rodriguez. Preceded in death by her brother, Ramon Rodriguez.
Our beloved Mother was married 60 years to her soul mate Manuel Garcia Jr.
Elida met Manuel as a migrant worker from there fell in love and stayed together for life. She was a great wife and wonderful mother. She loved to sing and dance. She loved to make people laugh. Enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and family. I want to thank everyone from Davita for taking care of my Mom.

Visitation will be held Monday, August 13, 2018 from 4:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at the Camero Funeral Home. A Rosary Service will be held Monday Evening at 7:00 p.m. at the Funeral Home Chapel. Burial Services will be held on Tuesday, August 14, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at the Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at First Memorial Park Cemetery.
