Dolores A. Herrera, beloved Wife, Mother and Grandmother, entered into eternal rest on August 18, 2019 at the age of 82 surrounded by her loving family. Mrs. Herrera is preceded in passing by her Parents, Jose Luis Alcala and Leonor Salazar Alcala; Sister, Anita Munoz; Brothers, Abel Alcala and Juan Manuel Alcala. Dolores A. Herrera is survived by her loving Husband, Mario Gill Herrera, Sr., Sons, Mario Gill Herrera, Jr. (Lourdes), Roberto Jesus Herrera (Ruth), Juan Carlos Herrera (Clarissa), Armando Salvador Herrera (Mary), Edwardo Alcala Herrera , Jose Fernando Herrera (Mary Ann); Daughter, Maria Dolores Herrera (Alejandro); Sisters Irma Galvez and Yolanda Ramirez; Brother, Jose Luis Alcala; Sister in Law, Joann Alcala; and numerous Grandchildren, Great Grandchildren, Nephews and Nieces. Dolores A. Herrera aka “Lola”, a loving, nourishing, strong lady, full of wisdom who is admired and inspired by those she leaves behind. She will be greatly missed by the numerous people she impacted. She had such a big heart, full of love. Lola was a very special lady many looked up to. Visitation will begin on Friday, August 23, 2019 from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at the Camero Funeral Home Chapel. A Rosary Service will be held that Friday evening at 7:00 p.m. at the Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral Mass will occur on Saturday August 24, 2019 at 9:00 a.m. at St. Frances Cabrini Catholic Church located at 1606 San Casimiro Street, San Antonio, TX 78214.
