Diana Marie Cardenas was born August 10, 1953, in Beeville, Texas to Rumado and Paz Gomez. Diana went to be with the Lord on October 1, 2021, at the age of 68. She is preceded in death by her beloved husband Ruben Cardenas; son Lupe Cardenas; parents Rumado and Paz Gomez; grandchild Kimberly Cardenas; sister Raelynn Gomez. She is survived by her children Elsa Cardenas (Joe Lopez), Ruben Cardenas (Lisa), Robert Cardenas and Steve Cardenas; grandchildren Amanda Cardenas, Jonathan Cardenas, Ashley Cardenas, Evi Cardenas, Steve Cardenas Jr., Steve Bradley Cardenas, Steve Cardenas, Steviana Cardenas, Stevie Cardenas, Anthony Cardenas, Felicity Cardenas and Lupe Cardenas; siblings Raul Gomez (Oralia), Rudy Gomez (Dahlia), Janie Gomez, Mr. and Mrs. Rosemary Pirzao, including numerous family and friends. Diana was loved by many and will be deeply missed by all. Diana's life will be celebrated on October 15, 2021 from 4:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. at Camero Funeral Home.
