Delia Martinez Garza's Obituary
Delia Martinez Garza, born on March 29, 1952, went to be with her Lord and Savior on April 25, 2021 at the age of 69. She was a loving daughter, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. She was an active member of Central Revival Church in Alice, Texas. She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Raul Garza; stepfather, Rito López; mother, Bruna López; the grandparents who raised her, Antonio & Maria Martinez; son, Javier Sanchez; granddaughter, Victoria Marie Flores; her sisters, Maria Moreno, Selma Morales, and Francisca Reyna; and her brothers, Capiro, Juan, Pablo & Cano Martinez.
She is survived by her children, Juan (Becky) Flores, Joel Flores, and Jeremy (Jessica) Sanchez; 16 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren; parents Adan & Noemi Moreno; siblings, Ramon (Rosa) Martinez; Julia (Manuel) Nava; Socorro Charles; Rito (Eloísa) & Albert (Gracie) López; Sylvia Martinez; Sally (Ruben) Borrego; Delia “Dee” (Jaime) Castellano; Adan (Cipriana) Moreno, Jr.; Margot Moreno; Nehemias (Eva) Moreno; Diana (Carlos) Reyes; and numerous nephews, nieces and extended family.
Funeral services, with Rev. Jaime Castellano officiating, are as follows:
Friday, April 30th
Visitation will be at 10:00 a.m.
Service at 1:00 p.m. with burial immediately following the service.
100 person limit - masks are required.
