Daniel "Danny" C. Degollado's Obituary
Daniel C. Degollado "Danny", 68 years of age, was called home to our Savior on Sunday, April 28, 2024.
Danny was born to Judith Contreras and Joe R. Degollado on September 21, 1955 in San Antonio, TX. He proudly served as a Police Officer and Maintenance at Southside ISD for 18 years and retired in 2024. Danny was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather. He loved dancing, fishing, Classic Rock, Tejano Music, his Toyota Tacoma, and a cold Bud Light.
He leaves to cherish his memories: his spouse, Christine Booth, Children; Vanessa, Danny, Sammy and Letty Degollado, his siblings; David, Joe, Maria, Jimmy, Richard, Debbie, Rudy, Arthur, and Michael Degollado and his 10 grandchildren.
Danny is preceded in death by his Parents Joe R. Degollado and Judith Degollado, his siblings; Louie Degollado, Roy Degollado, and Elsa Torres.
Visitation will begin Thursday, May 9, 2024 at 4PM with a Rosary at 7PM at Delgado Funeral Home 2200 W. Martin St. San Antonio, TX 78207. Funeral Mass will be held at 10AM on Friday, May 10, 2024 at Delgado Funeral home. Interment will follow at First Memorial Park Cemetery.
