Charlie G. Kerr's Obituary
On December 23,2020 the family of Charlie G. Kerr bid farewell to their beloved Father and Grandfather. Charlie was born March 2, 1927 and was a resident in San Antonio for 93 years. He served with honor in the US Army during the 2nd World War and the Korean Conflict. He leaves behind fond memories that will be cherished by all who knew and loved him. Charlie is preceded in death by his wife of 56 years Ester. He is survived by his son; Charlie Kerr, Jr. and wife Pura; daughter, Jackie Lynn Palacios and husband Richard, daughter Bonnie Jean Sanchez and Husband Raymond. Grandchildren: Richard Jason Palacios, Byran Christopher Palacios, Charles Brandon Kerr, Stephanie Kerr Ramirez, Erica Jean Martinez, Michael Andrew Sanchez and 11 great grandchildren. Charlie will be laid to rest beside his wife in a private family service at Fort San Houston National Cemetery. We were blessed by his love and we will carry him in our hearts forever.
