Cecilia I. Amaya's Obituary
Cecilia I. Amaya, born November 22, 1936 in Cerritos, San Luis Potosi, Mexico went to be with the Lord on September 26, 2024 at the age of 87.
She is preceded in death by her beloved husband of 63 years, Felix G. Amaya and daughter, Lily Amaya.
She is survived by her loving children, Sylvia Aleman (Paul), Maria Diana Cortina (Francois), David Amaya (Sherie), Daniel Amaya (Linda), Martha Farias (Jaime), Amos F. Amaya (Janie); her 3 sisters, 2 brothers and numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and a host of many friends.
A visitation will be held on Sunday, September 29, 2024, from 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM at Trevino Funeral Home, 2525 Palo Alto Rd. 78211. On Monday, September 30, 2024, the funeral home will open at 8am and a chapel service will begin at 10:00 am. Interment will follow at First Memorial Park Cemetery.
