Carmen Maria Mendiola's Obituary
Carmen M. Mendiola, born on July 16, 1937, passed away on Saturday, June 15, 2024 in San Antonio, Texas. Carmen is survived by her son, Gasper J. Mendiola (Annette); daughters, Edna Sternhart (Scott), Theresa Ramos (Luis); brother, Clement Contreras; sister, Rosemary Amparano; as well as 18 grandchildren; 32 great grandchildren; friend, Cyndy Valdez. She is also survived by her numerous nieces, nephews, friends and beloved pets, pets, Chiquita and Teddy Bear. She is preceded in death by her son, Paul E. Mendiola III. Carmen enjoyed spending time with her family in Texas and California and listening to the oldies. She loved her Dunkin Donuts, traveling to visit family and friends, and spending time with her beloved pet, Chiquita. Carmen will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
