Betty Jane Garcia's Obituary
Betty Jane Garcia, born on September 23, 1948 in San Antonio, Texas, passed away on May 7, 2026 in Lytle, Texas at the age of 77.
Betty is preceded in death by her spouse, Arthur B. Garcia; parents, Bill Nixon and Dolores Camarillo Ramos; siblings, Betsy Escobedo and Jimmy Nixon, and daughter, Shirley Ann De la Rosa. She is survived by her siblings, Robert and Rosemary Cedillo, Bill Nixon, Jr.; children, Nick Garcia, Gabriel Garcia and wife, Dennette Garcia; grandchildren, David Alec De la Rosa, Crystal Garza, Derek K. Garcia, Devin De la Rosa, Darin De la Rosa, Abigail Garcia, and Jesyka Garcia; as well as numerous other family members and friends. Betty will be missed by all who know and love her.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, May 21, 2026 at Camero Funeral Home from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. with a rosary to be recited at 12:00 p.m. Inurnment is to follow at First Memorial Park Cemetery.
