Faith, hard work, cleanliness, and fresh tortillas. All things Aurora Cruz Ramirez kept close to her heart and valued dearly. In her 89 years of life she did it all - harvesting the fields across the country, working as a head nurse in Chicago, to owning her own businesses with her husband Felipe in Von Ormy. Nena, Ma, Mom, Abuela, Wela, Awe, after you sweep your porch in your new home in heaven we hope you get the rest you deserve. Those who will greatly miss her handmade tortillas include her children Adan, Alfredo, Rosalinda, Angel, her 12 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren, and 8 great great grandchildren. The viewing for Aurora Cruz Ramirez will be on Tuesday, September 28th from 4-9pm at Camero Funeral Home with the rosary at 7pm. The mass will be on Wednesday, September 29th at 10am at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Helotes, TX and the burial directly following at 12pm at Camero Funeral Home.
