Aurelio Alvarez's Obituary
Aurelio Alvarez was born March 30th, 1964, to Carmen Sanchez and Gabriel Alvarez Sr. in San Antonio, Mr. Aurelio passed away on Saturday, June 12, 2021, at the age of 57. Mr. Aurelio is preceded in death by his parents, Carmen Sanchez and Gabriel Alvarez Sr; Brother; Gabriel Alvarez jr. Mr. Alvarez is survived by his spouse, Teresa Ricarte; Sons, Aurelio Jr., Samuel Jacob, and John Paul; daughters, Beatrice and Evangelina; Stepchildren, Daniel and Anna Lugo; Grandchildren, Jaylyn, Belladana , Evangelina, Aurelio III, and Athena; As well as by his 5 sisters and 3 brothers. Aurelio will also be missed by numerous nieces, nephews and by many extended family members and friends. You could find Aurelio at every family function as the life of the party. He truly lived to make others smile. Aurelio never failed to make you feel special when you talked to him he truly was a selfless man as he always put you before himself. Even in your saddest times he would do anything to try to get you to smile for him. Mr. Alvarez also found great joy in watching his roosters as he had a strong passion for them throughout his life. In his spare time, you could find Aurelio fishing. Aurelio found a love for fishing as a young man and continued to carry his sport throughout his adult life. Aurelio loved when he would get that bite on his line as the rush from catching a fish after a long wait was a great experience of which he enjoyed with many family members and friends. He will be loved and missed by everyone who knew him. May he rest in peace. Visitation will be held from 4pm – 9pm Monday June 21st, 2021 at the Camero Funeral Home Chapel with a prayer service at 7pm. The following day, Tuesday June 22nd, Mr. Aurelio’s Funeral Service will be at 9am in the Camero Funeral Home Chapel. Following the funeral service Aurelio will be laid to rest at First Memorial Park Cemetery.
