Our beloved Ashley Rose Nolin passed away January 20th, 2026, at 7:06 AM, surrounded by love and with her husband Roger Torres at her side. Ashley was a very hard worker who dedicated nearly 8 years as an incredible Chef and was loved dearly by her coworkers at Paesanos, who she referred to as part of her family. Those who have met Ashley have said that they've never met anyone like her, someone who was full of life, love, strong, hardworking, and selfless. She was a superior, devoted mother who was always there for her kids, putting them above all else, pushing them beyond, and loving them endlessly, filling their lives with joy and laughter, as well as many others. Ashley was loved, cherished, and adored by everyone she came in contact with. Ashley has made an impact on so many people and will be greatly missed by her husband Roger Torres, her four children Arianna, Ernest, Autumn, and Allison, her siblings Joseph, Christopher, and Clarissa, her mother Rosa Nelly, Step Father Juan, Father Joseph, and Step Mother Sylvia.
Visitation will be held on Monday, February 2, 2026, from 3:00 P.M. - 8:00 P.M. with a service at 6:00 P.M. On Tuesday, February 3, 2026, visitation will be held from 9:00 A.M. - 11:00 A.M. interment to follow at San Jose Burial Park.
