Asencion Chapa born August 15, 1952 in Poteet, Tx passed away on Thursday November 21, 2019 in Jourdanton, Texas at the age of 67 years. Mr. Chapa is preceded in passing by his Son, Roy Moncevalles, Brother Benny Chapa, Mother Lenora and Father Narciso Chapa. He is survived by his loving Wife of 40 years, Simona Pena Chapa; Children, Ruben Pena and Wife Rachel, Gloria Zamora and Alex Machado and Wife Diana, Sister Nancy Perez Husband Jesse, Sister Vivianna and Husband Oscar, Brother Rodrigo Chapa, Brother Gregorio Chapa and Wife Carmen and Brother Jose Chapa. Grandchildren, Jordan Pena, Tyler Pena, Ruben Pena Jr., Michael Machado and Dominque Esquivel. Great Grandchildren Aubriella Coronado, Kenny Coronado Jr. (KJ), Logan Coronado, Michael Machado Jr., Elianna Esquivel and Danielle Esquivel. Mr. Chapa loved family time and his favorite pass time was relaxing outside listening to music. He will be greatly missed by all whose lives he touched. Serving as Paul Bearers are Kenny Coronado, Samuel Cantu, Joe Montoya, Margarito Herrera, David Briones, and Michael Machado, Serving as Honorary Paul Bearer is Kenny Coronado, Jr. (KJ). Visitation will be held on Friday, November 29, 2019 from 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. at the Camero Funeral Home. Funeral Services will commence Friday afternoon at 12:00 p.m. in the Camero Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at San Pedro Cemetery in Poteet, Tx.
