Arthur Lee Reyes Sr.'s Obituary
Arthur Lee Reyes Sr., age 75, born August 17, 1944 in Von Ormy, TX passed away on Sunday, July 12, 2020 in Von Ormy, Texas. Arthur Lee Reyes Sr. is preceded in passing by his Parents, Arturo and Gertrude Reyes. He is survived by his Loving Wife Soila Reyes; Children, Arthur Lee Reyes Jr, Elizabeth Grace Glover (Paul Glover) and their Mother Gloria Reyes; Step-Children, Michael Barnes, Hannah Barnes and Christina Barnes; Grandchildren, Khiana Barnes, Dominic Terrazas and Jordan Terrazas; Siblings, Mary Castro, Yolanda Castro, Viola Talamantes and Raymond Reyes; Numerous Nephews, Nieces and other relatives.
Mr. Reyes is a Veteran of the United States Air Force serving honorably for 24 years where he dedicated his life to serve and protect the security of his nation.
Mr. Reyes was a fisherman in his younger years; however, his passion throughout his entire life was hunting. Whether it was deer season or dove season, he was always ready to go. He was always working on a “project” and loved to tinker with anything he could get his hands on. He was a jokester unlike any other but always made time for his family. His heart yearned for family gatherings. He loved eating, drinking and celebrating with everyone who was part of his life. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
