Antonia V. Alonzo's Obituary
Antonia V. Alonzo, born June 13, 1938 in Realitos, Texas parted ways with us on Sunday, November 29, 2020 at the age of 82 years in San Antonio, Texas. Ms. Alonzo is preceded in passing by her Loving Husband, Jose Alonzo and her Parents, Tomas and Antonia Valero. She is survived by her Siblings Reymundo Valero (Angie Valero) and Elma Valero; Daughter, Sylvia Alonzo (Javier Chapa Sr.) and Grandson, Javier Alonzo Chapa Jr. (Patricia Cardenas). Ms. Alonzo loved to dance, travel to see Tejano bands and had a passion for flowers. In Ms. Alonzo’s younger days, she was a professional Lucha Libre wrestler who went by the name “ La Piojosa”. Ms. Alonzo was a wonderful Wife, Mother and Grandmother who will be deeply missed.
Visitation for Ms. Alonzo will begin on Tuesday, December 8, 2020 from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at the Camero Funeral Home chapel. An Evening Service will be held on Tuesday Evening at 7:00 p.m. at the Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, December 9, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. at the Camero Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at First Memorial Park Cemetery in Von Ormy, Texas.
