Anita L. Garcia's Obituary
Anita L. Garcia, age 54, went to be with the Lord, on August 8, 2013. She was preceded in death by her father, Narciso Garcia. She is survived by her mother, Candida Betancourt; her daughters, April and Roy Lopez, and Petra and Samuel Hilburn; her son, Anthony and Melissa Garcia; her sisters, Ofelia and John Hilburn, Candida Contreras, and Linda and David Garcia; brothers Narciso and Susanna Garcia, Samuel and Alejandra Garcia, David and Judy Garcia, Anselmo and Kim Betancourt, Jr., Daniel and Marissa Betancourt, and Carlos Betancourt; grandchildren, Troy and Vivian Garcia, Briana Lopez, Mark Lopez, Leroy Lopez, KeiAnna Hilburn, Brian Garcia, Aizlynn Garcia, Josiah Garcia, Brandon Lopez, and Aiden Hilburn; great-grandchildren Zaiden Garcia, and Troy Garcia Jr.; childhood best-friend Perdro (Petey) Guerrero. She worked at the Poteet Manor Nursing Home for sixteen years. Some of her greatest loves were making cupcakes, and going to garage sales. She was the world’s best mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister and Tia; she will be missed. Visitation was held on Sunday, August 11, 2013 at 4:00 p.m. at Camero Funeral Home. A Prayer Service was held on Sunday evening at 7:00 p.m. at Camero Funeral Home. A Funeral Service was held on Monday, August 12, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. at Camero Funeral Home. Burial followed at Rossville Cemetery.
