Angelita R. Ledesma's Obituary
Angelita R. Ledesma, 85, peacefully went to be with our Lord and Savior on July 25, 2025. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and great-great grandmother. Her life was a testament to her unwavering faith and love to her church and family.
She loved singing her coritos and praying for all her brothers and sisters in Christ. Angelita is preceded in death by her parents, Saúl and Maria Rodriguez. She is survived by her loving husband Julio Ledesma, her children, Mina De Long (Randy), Albert Ledesma (Rebecca), Justo Ledesma (Janie), Diana Ramirez (Richard), Lesa Beth Rodriguez (Jesús), Jesse Ledesma (Martha), Janet Gonzalez (Antonio), Nancy Murray (William), Julio Cesar Ledesma (Linda), Jose Luis Ledesma (Marissa), 29 grandchildren, 44 great-grandchildren and 5 great-great grandchildren.
Mom would say before she would go to sleep...
"I'm going to sleep if I don't wake up I will see you in Heaven! "
Visitation will begin on Sunday, August 3, 2025, at 4:00pm at Delgado Funeral Home (2200 W. Martin St, San Antonio, Texas 78207). A Prayer Service will begin at 7:00pm. Funeral Service will begin the following day, August 4, 2025, at 10:00am at Iglesia Bautista Monte De Las Olivas (3402 La Violeta St, San Antonio, Texas, 78211) All attendees are asked to meet at church for the service. Interment to follow at First Memorial Park Cemetery.
