Anastacia Soliz's Obituary
Anastacia "Tacha" Garza Soliz, a beloved figure of Poteet Tx, sadly left our world on September 11, 2024 at the age of 86. She was surrounded by loved ones who will continue to honor her legacy by living their lives to the fullest.
Tacha was one out of 11 children, born to Jose Maria and Dalia Garza on January 22, 1938. Known for always being a hard worker, strong willed, super independent, Tacha was the light and hope in our community, touching lives through her healing hands and prayers, and blessing us with her gifts.
She is survived by her two children Mary Sandra and Martin, and two sister’s Bay and Elva. She was blessed with 10 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, and two little dogs Freckles and Ginger. As well as many friends and extended family members who will never forget the love she brought to their lives and who will miss her dearly.
We invite all who cherished Tacha to join us in a ceremony of remembrance where we will share stories, laughter, and tears.
