Alberto C. Sanchez's Obituary
Alberto C. Sanchez born April 8, 1936 to Catarino Sanchez and Juanita Huizar Sanchez passed away on Sunday, May 17, 2020 in Jourdanton, Texas at the age of 84 years. Mr. Sanchez is survived by Jamie Sanchez; sons, Alfredo Sanchez, Alberto Sanchez, Jr. and wife Della and Alex Sanchez and wife Carolina; daughters, Eva Jean Mejia, Linda Sanchez Lopez, and Alice Sanchez Goodchild and husband Ian; sisters, Margarita Garcia and Minnie Alfaro; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren; also numerous nephews, nieces, other relatives and many friends. Mr. Sanchez was a loving and devoted family man. He loved spending every opportunity he had with his family. His second love was horses and trail riding, he also enjoyed bridle paths. He was Trail Master of the Texas Blue Bonnet Trail Riders and started the Christmas Trail Riders Parade in Atascosa in association with the Texas Blue Bonnet Trail Riders. At the age of 8 years old, Mr. Sanchez was the first child to play his accordion on Pleasanton's KBUC Country Radio Station. He enjoyed playing his accordion and watching western movies. Mr. Sanchez was a true cowboy at heart. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. Care has been entrusted to Camero Funeral Home.
