Adam M. Cantu's Obituary
Adam M. Cantu was born on August 5, 1954, and went to join the Lord on January 3, 2026, at the age of 71. He is preceded in death by his parents, Ignacio and Guadalupe Cantu, and his siblings Cosme and Ernestina.
He is survived by his wife, Carmen Cantu; siblings, Elvira, Elisa, Elida, Diamontina, Joe, Josie, and Mary; children, Adam Cantu Jr., Christopher Cantu Sr., and Adam Cantu III; grandchildren, Adrianna, Teresa, Trinity, Alayna, Chris Jr., Hannah, Larissa, and Jacob; great-grandchildren, Darlene, Adam IV, Analisa, Cecelia, Isaiah, Mia, Xavier, Lainna, Dino, and Jeremiah; daughters-in-law, Lori Rodriguez and Elizabeth Cantu; sister-in-law, Lydia Gonzalez; his beloved cat, Shadow; and numerous other cherished friends and family.
A special thank you to his nephew, Rene Alvarado, Trey, and Bobby Martinez. Another special thank you to all the nurses that took care of him.
Public visitation will begin Thursday, January 8, 2026, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Faith Baptist Church, 1208 S WW White Rd, San Antonio TX, 78220. Visitation will continue Friday, January 9, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. with a service at 11:00 a.m. at Faith Baptist Church, 1208 S WW White Rd, San Antonio TX, 78220. The burial is to follow at First Memorial Park Cemetery.
